Recently, I undertook a pivotal responsibility in crafting Malawi's National Health Research Agenda for 2023-2030, which has allowed me to sharpen my leadership and research skills.

Beyond my national focus, I am enthusiastic about engaging with the global community to delve into the ethical complexities of research prioritization, particularly in resource-constrained settings. I look forward to share the insights gleaned from my involvement in the National Health Research Agenda especially on the interplay between availability of resources and who gets involved in the process of agenda setting.
