My name is Goabaone Ntsimane and I graduated from the University of Botswana in 2016. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in both Economics and statistics. I have worked for the Ministry of Health since 2016 joining in the Department of HIV/AIDS Prevention & Care and then I joined the Monitoring and Evaluation for Covid-19 vaccination. I am currently working in the Department of Policy Research and Development as an Assistant Research Officer. My main role is ethics regulation that is proposal reviews and approval. I am also involved in the training /establishment of Institutional Review Boards; engaging stakeholders to establish a Health research e-repository for the ministry of Health and engaged in training and supporting lower levels (district and health facility) to establish priority research areas for the district in order to transform practice to contextual evidence-based.
